Get involved
there are three major roles in support of missions. One is praying for the teams. Another is to financially support our efforts in sharing the gospel around the world, our country, and the lake area. Thirdly, you might feel led to join one of our teams. This is where we will be going in 2011:
Ecuador Pastors Training: May 9-14, led by Jim Selfridge
This will be a small team training new pastors how to lead in a variety of ministries.
Colombia English Evangelism: June 18-25, led by Jim Selfridge
A team trained to do evangelism as they teach the English language.
Tanzania Medical Team: June 27-July 10, led by Phil Johnsey
We will be starting nine new churches using medical camps as a way to draw the net. This will be our first team in Tanzania.
Ecuador English Evangelism: July 2-16 led by Jim Selfridge
A team, trained to do evangelism, will teach the English language.
High School Student Trip: TBA led by Matt Clough
The destination for the high school mission trip has not been decided.
Colombia Eyeglasses and Evangelism: TBA led by Dick Hyatt
Serving hands provide eye-glass while sharing the Gospel with hundreds of people.
Honduras Medical Team: July 16-23 led by Kevin Quinn
This team will be using medicine and other avenues of service to share the gospel and
start a new church among the Honduran people.
Kenya Medical Team: August 29-September 11, led by Phil Johnsey
This team will be in the Kutui area using medicine as a resource to start twelve new
churches with the Kamba tribe.
